Ask how they have helped to overcome resistance and how they deal with persistent resistance to change. Ask them to share attitudes and beliefs that may further inspire you to be more open to change. And search the larger learning organization for evidence of the new balance teaching and learning practices. During your observations and conversations, seek out ideas for your 21st Century Resume and Portfolio project. Look for exemplary projects, processes, and products that might inspire you to develop an artifact for your portfolio.Summarize your investigation.
