Write Compliance Policy for an acute hospital in Accordance with Clinical Coding Compliance and Indiana  
Class, this is a critical thinking exercise.  No, there is not a lot of guidance on purpose. When you get out there, the facility that you are at will need this to be written or revised and no one there besides the HIM/Coding team can write it so you will not have any assistance.

That being said, you should be googling coding policies, Indiana Guidelines, Standards of Ethical Coding.  A good article to look at is:

Reach out to fellow students to see what methods and sources they are using to create the policy . I did not give you an example on purpose, you need to use critical thinking and not only “cutting or copying” to accomplish completing the assignment. There are previous students that have completed the assignment and it looked great, so if you are struggling with an approach, bounce ideas off each other.
