Customer Needs HR Methods of Communication & Effective Service Delivery Discussion
I’m working on a Business report and need support to help me study.
With reference to your own role, write a report that identifies and describes:
▪ Understanding customer needs to include examples of 3 different internal HR customers and
1 need for each. You also need to explain how you, yourself, would prioritise conflicting
needs of your internal HR customers (AC 2.1)
▪ 3 different methods of communication to respond to your internal HR customer’s needs, and
for each method explain its advantages and disadvantages (AC 2.2)
▪ How you would provide effective service delivery, for example, delivering service on time,
delivering service in budget, dealing with difficult customers, handling and resolving
complaints. (AC 2.3)

▪ Write a short description of the learning process you went through in order to write this
assignment: what you knew about the services provided by HR and service level agreements
(SLAs) before you attended module 1; what you learnt during the module; and what you
learnt in preparing this assignment.
