Huntington’s Disease Pamphlet OUTLINE already outlined- 5 STAR ONLY- Collegiate Senior WORK

I am attaching my initial pamplet idea and discussion which I received a 100% on- the 2 references you can use again however I need a total of 5. 

Also this is how I want the outline to flow- I’ve already designed it and layed it out- you just need to fill it in and add at least 3 references.
