I’m stuck on a Management question and need an explanation.

1. Review the rubric to make sure you understand the criteria for earning your grade.
2. Read Chapter 2: Developing and Implementing Strategic HRM Plans. Consider your personal knowledge and experience, and any relevant resources to facilitate scholarly, well-developed responses to the questions.
3. Navigate to the threaded discussion below and respond to the following:
   1. What is the difference between HR plans and HRM strategic plans? How are they the same? How are they different?
   2. Of the areas of focus in HRM, which one do you think is the most important? Rank them and discuss the reasons for your rankings.
4. Your initial post is due by the end of the fourth day of the workshop.
5. The initial posting is to be 200-300 words in length and supported by at least two sources properly cited and referenced: the (a) Human Resource Management textbook, and (b) an academic journal article obtained through OCLS.
