In other words, “”scalability” refers generally to the ability to increase the size of any system in a linear manner without changing its fundamental properties” (INC, n.d). As a business grows, its main goal is to keep meeting market demands. The trouble is that market demands never stay the same. They change with time and individuals preference. In these circumstances, if you want to remain competitive, you need to be able to change what you are doing to fulfill the needs at the moment and want customers to have.
When it comes to system performance is crucial to have a software that can provide you with a dynamic scalability, because as the time pass business tend to grow (for example MTC) and with that grow it comes new data and more customers, which mean a likely bigger profits, having a software in place with the proven ability of scalability would provide companies like MTC the advantage of keeping this profits, while meeting the demands of the clients, since it MTC would be able to increase or decrease their hiring efforts.

Davis Eiland Student Post: According to (Lord, 2019), “cyber security refers to the body of technologies, processes, and practices designed to protect networks, devices, programs, and data from attack, damage, or unauthorized access” which is what anyone would want to prevent any data breaches from occurring.  Several big named companies such as Target has been victimized from being hacked, resulting in exposed credit card information from many of their customers.   Whether it pertains to an individual user on a personal computer or a huge company that has thousands of employees utilizing their computer equipment on the network, there are wide ranges of cyber-attacks occurring on a regular basis.  
When developing requirements for an IT system, system performance is very important to ensure security procedures will be in place.  A combination of what the end user needs from the system and the technical specifications developed by the IT department will determine the best solution moving forward.  Maintainability is important for IT to have a process that will accommodate changes as needed and the software updates are completed in a timely manner.  There are a number of reasons why it’s necessary to ensure an IT system is regularly checked or maintained, it could prevent critical or alarming breakdowns that could be costly.  As it relates to the MTC Hiring System, without a proper maintenance schedule to perform these updates and ensure the most current anti-virus software is installed to fight off any malware, the system could be compromised or be broken down by outside forces which causes a serious threat to the organization and will prevent hiring the right personnel competitively and efficiently.
