I’m working on a Management question and need guidance to help me study.
Progress Report 2
This week, you will submit a draft of the following parts of Chapter III of your paper: Research Design, Sample, Instrumentation, and Data Collection, plus associated front and back matter.
Topic: How Do Music Industry Professionals Rate On-Demand Music Streaming and Its Influence on Curbing Music Piracy
Week 4 Progress Report 2
Front Matter: Title Page, Table of Contents, List of Tables and Figures (if appropriate).
Body: Research Design, Sample, Instrumentation, and Data Collection.
End Matter: References
*****Please note following feedback from last report
>>>You state you are using a descriptive correlational design; you actually are either descriptive or correlational. Your description of the correlation design is accurate; my concern is where will you obtain the data for the calculation? Remove the word effect, they may relate, but it is not causal.
So, here is an idea… You cannot measure this change using a cross sectional study, and you do not have time for a longitudinal. You could look at ex post facto data… Making this a causal comparative study. Look at monthly trends (over time) of streaming usage and piracy instances (is this available anywhere?)
After under sampling, well done; however, you may wish to use a census… unless you have a very large population. As I reviewed this section, I am wondering if you would be better off asking your sample to what degree, they see changes. This is not be correlation, it is descriptive. Important note, you are not measuring if streaming has influenced piracy; you are investigating how music industry professionals perceive the influence.

DESCRIPTION OF FRONT MATTER
Title Page
The title page is the first page of the dissertation and includes the basic information about the work.
Table of Contents
The table of contents lists the major sections of the dissertation in outline form, followed by page numbers.
List of Tables and Figures
The list of the tables and figures contains the titles of the tables and figures included in the dissertation, followed by page numbers. The format for this list is similar to that used for the table of contents.
Abstract
The abstract is a highly condensed summary of the dissertation with an absolute maximum of 350 words. The abstract addresses the same questions and points covered in the dissertation, but in summarized form.
Description of Chapter III
The methodology section describes the investigation in sufficient detail to assess the research process and, ideally, to replicate it.
Show that the methods used are related to, and appropriate for the research questions addressed. Segregate the investigation into meaningful stages and the steps performed in each stage, including the preparatory stages, such as pilot testing. Include descriptions of the procedures and techniques used in sampling, instrumentation, data collection, and data analysis.
Note, as appropriate, the cautions and limitations associated with the methodology employed. Explain any unusual procedures. Use flow or process diagrams, as appropriate, to explain the process. If an experimental, or quasi-experimental, design is employed, explain the exact procedures used for the treatment of the experimental and the comparison groups.

References
The reference list includes all those materials cited in the dissertation. ELP Dissertation Handbook and APA formats are required.
Appendices
The appendixes include additional information needed to comprehend, support, and evaluate the dissertation. Information is placed in the appendixes, because it is a distraction to the narrative flow of the text.
Include in the appendixes all data collection materials, such as interview guides, questionnaires, informed consent forms, and cover letters. List the contents of the appendices and title each appendix item separately. In the text, reference to the appendices should be sequential: Appendix A is first, followed by Appendix B, etc.
Note: You must include the Human Subjects Application as an appendix for this assignment. All other appendices are optional.
