You are the manager of a deli. Your busiest time of the day is the lunch-hour rush when many working people from nearby factories and businesses come to grab something quickly. A new fast-food restaurant is opening next door to you. How can you avoid losing your lunch customers to this new competitor? What approach found in the lecture this week will you take to solving the problem?
