For example, sleep disorders are mainly caused by a disruption in the biological sleep patterns of the individual. This psychological disorder is also biological in nature because it also involves difficulty in breathing and even paralysis of different parts of the body. Sleep disorders can also be caused by other psychological illnesses such as schizophrenia and other mood disorders.
