You are working as a kitchen manager at a suburban pub. Management is considering implementing a Sunday brunch service to bring in a new demographic of patron and broaden the appeal of the venue. You have been briefed on the plan, why they want to do it and the benefits it should bring to the organisation. You have been tasked with communicating this information to all kitchen staff, and to gain their feedback and buy in.
