Review either the “Husky Air – Pilot Angels” or the “The Martial Arts Academy – School Management System” extended case study content at the end of Chapters 5 and 6 in the textbook. Using the guidelines presented in the textbook, create the following deliverables.

1. Using Microsoft Project, create a work breakdown structure (WBS) by listing all of the project life cycle and systems development life cycle phases and the associated deliverables you defined.
2. Develop a scope management plan.
3. Using the WBS that you created in step 1, assign a cost for each resource based on the project infrastructure. Link the tasks and optimize the schedule. Include the associated Microsoft Project file with your assignment submission.
4. Develop a project schedule and budget.
