I don’t understand this Marketing question and need help to study.
In 300-500 words Describe the methods TMC uses and how it makes use of the CRM concept of the Customer Lifecycle (Figure1) in its marketing. Explain what stage of the Customer Lifecycle the company was focusing on and what type of data is most important and valuable at that stage and why. Describe if and how the company uses external, internal and modeled data to create its customer databases and then explain the value derived from each type of data to the firm.
