Strategic planning and social responsibility are both forms of management in which companies take the ethical aspects of their business operations into consideration. Incorporating these ethical and social concerns into into operations and strategies, raise top management’s awareness of their roles in societies and communities around them. An economic social responsibility strategy begins with making sure a company is sustainable, which in turn means it is profitable (Walters, 2019). Social responsibility and policy are both key issues in strategic management because top management needs to incorporate these factors into their everyday operations. Having efficient social responsibility creates a well reputation for any company and gives them a competitive advantage. Incorporating these into plans with my company in the CLC group will only improve reputation and everyday operations. I think effective social responsibility encourages employees to cooperate with one another which creates a better work environment for everyone.
