The Reasons Why I Believe in Changes Caused by Our Body to Our Mind, and Our Minds to Our Behavior

Do you believe that are body changes our mind, and our minds change our behavior, and our behavior changes are outcomes. I do believe and hear is why.

First off let’s talk about behavior changing are outcomes. So for example bob is going to a job interview and he is in a really bad mood he couldn’t sleep because he was so worried about not getting the job bob walks into the place rude and disobedient he gets to the desk he looks like he is about to punch someone the interviewer starts asking questions and bob is half awake struggling to pay attention the interviewer is questioning bob on whether he should give him the job that when bob gets angry and loses his temper on the interviewer do you think if bob had gone to sleep stayed positive and went into the place with a good attitude he might’ve got the job totally could of got the job but his behavior changed his outcome.

2nd reason I believe this theory and this is from personal experience so today I came into school with a very positive attitude feeling like I’m going to rock this there is no doubt about it I felt super confident about taking these finals and doing good on them I just took my algebra 1 final and I felt so good about it wasn’t hard and I made sure I would do good I feel confident because I told my mind that I’m going to rock this this is part of the theory if you make yourself confident you are bound to be successful and that what I did.

And for my final reason I believe in this theory that are body changes are mind so for the past week we have been doing this thing called power posing where you get into a intimidatingly confident posture and stay in that posture for a whole 2 min and when your done it tricks your mind into being very confident right before school I did this and look at me now I’m acing my finals this shows that this theory is proven to work. This is my essay on why I believe that this theory works.
