I’m working on a Business presentation and need a sample draft to help me learn.

• GOAL – The goal of the presentation is to bring on a new location in Pasadena, California under management; so that means that we are trying to go in and operate the smaller office business within a larger office building that is owned by another party. Those are the people we are sending this to. Message to you: Hello, this is not for a college assignment, however, it is for our corporate profile. We need something made that will be similar to the examples I have provided in the attachments. I have also provided pictures, floor plans, logos and other things for the presentation that you may use. The key points here are to highlight that we are a good business. We do office space leasing, for smaller professional businesses like attorneys, CPA’s, financial advisors, and the like. We have been in business since October 7, 2014. Our first location was opened then. It is 20,400 Square Feet (SF), and has 75 private offices that we rent out to users. It also has 3 conference rooms, a reception area and a lounge. The location is 1055 West 7th Street, 33rd Floor Penthouse, Los Angeles, CA 90017. We opened a second location on July 1, 2017 at 811 Wilshire Blvd, 17th Floor, Los Angeles, CA 90017. This location has 63 private offices, 2 conference rooms and a lounge. This property is located just two blocks from the other one. Both are in Downtown Los Angeles, and both are very high-end. We cater to a higher class of client than most other providers and provide 2 full time receptionists, a manager and on-site accountant at each location. In this assignment, the goal is to make the presentation look so professional and impressive, highlighting the high occupancy we have historically had, our low turnover and high employee retention. We also want to highlight that this is a boutique small business owned privately by one person (Me- Edwin Akoubians). About me, I have a Master’s (2012) and Bachelor’s (2010) degree from USC in Economics. Prior to founding this company, I previously held the following roles: Director, Acquisitions – Thompson National Properties in Irvine, CA; Development Growth Manager, Orange County – Strategic Development Advisors in Pasadena, CA and as Founder and CEO of National Realty Group in Los Angeles, CA. I need these points to be in the presentation, but not sound pompous or overly boastful, but I need to establish some sort of credibility outside of the 6 years that the company has been operating. We are presenting this to a very big group that could open a lot of doors, so please contact me if you have any questions or concerns so I can help you get this put together.
