Activity #3: Submission
In this unit you learned about designing interventions, motivating change, working with the stakeholders, implementing change, and providing feedback.
For each homework assignment that you submit in this course, you must have a minimum of 3 scholarly sources (peer-reviewed journal articles). Please ensure that you follow standard APA formatting. Your paper must have a title page and a reference page. You must have a minimum of five (5) in-text citations.
Read the case: Managing Change: Action Planning for the Vélo V Project in Lyon, France beginning on page 262.
Respond to the following questions in an essay (3 page minimum).
- Assume you are a project manager at JCDecaux and have been assigned to work with the city of Lyon to implement this physical, organizational, and social change. What are the practical and philosophical implications of this work?
- Using the tools, methods, and processes described in the chapter, construct a comprehensive “action plan” for this project.
- Where would you start?
- Who are the key stakeholders and how will you manage them?

Activity #4: Submission
For this unit, read about what you will be doing for the final presentation. You have a milestone due in this unit. You will complete an Annotated Bibliography for the research you conduct on this project. You will need a total of eight (8) scholarly sources for your presentation.
For this week, write one paragraph that explains the topic of your final presentation. You will need at least four of your final sources for this assignment. Please ensure that you follow standard APA formatting. Your presentation must have a cover page and a reference page. Be sure your presentation is organized, clear, and grammatically correct.
