The marketing plan extends not only to the planning stages, but as an ongoing strategies and tactics to meet the business objectives. Advertising is one of the most important tools to achieve the marketing objectives. Advertising could be done in many ways such as outdoor advertising, newspaper, magazines, radio, television, social media, etc.
For this module discussion you are required to identify an existing medium size casual American style food and beverage operation in your neighborhood. The owners are going to hire you to improve the revenues, which were significantly damaged by COVID 19. The owners would like you to start your study with the follows topics:
- Who are the target markets for this restaurant and how did you determine that?
- Study the competition for this particular restaurant.
